So school starts again tomorrow. Or college, university, university college, whatever I'm supposed to call it. I really want to make an honest attempt at doing well this semester, it's the last one before the final semester with the big main project and all, which kind of scares me a little. But yeah. Good grades = higher chance of getting job - crappy store job = money = good. Now all I need is some motivation that will last longer than a week. Anyone know where I can get some?

Cats are weird animals. I always thought they'd pretty much always be hostile to other cats they didn't know, particularly males vs males. My cat never got along with any of the two neighbouring cats, the black one in particular. Satan (may he rest in peace), as we lovingly named him, would almost daily stop by our garden, settle down by our garden window door, and look inside for our cat, and when they saw each other, they'd threaten and fight through the window. The other neighbouring cat, who's still around, have been in little fights with ours and we've seen them chase each other, or do the threatening-staring-game a lot. And then there's the mystery cat (big dark grey one?) that hurt my cat badly a couple of months ago.
Then there's the grey and white one. Big, scary looking male, not neutered, most likely having run away from home or been abandoned. He'd been fighting with Satan and sent him to the vet twice. But... him and my cat get along perfectly well. It's like they're friends, or just don't care about each other. Every time we've observed them together, they've either overlooked each other and acted like the other wasn't even there, or they've went up close to each other and just sniffed each other, then continued on their way. Just today they were almost touching noses, then the grey and white male went on with his business, while my cat calmly watched him, lying down, not even waving his tail much.
It's very weird. >_> Or maybe I'm just fascinated by weird things, I dunno. It'd just be interesting to know the reason behind their behaviour.
